United Tapes Decorative Craft Washi Masking Tape Review

washitape.jpgHappy Thursday everyone!  Apparently I have been living under a rock lately (or I just haven’t been into crafting much lately lol) because I just recently discovered Washi Tape thanks to a promotion that Tomoson was doing with United Tapes.

When I decided to participate in this promotion I thought to myself, “What can I do with this tape?”  So I decided to go on Pinterest and found a TON of ideas!  Check them out here.

So far I have gotten the chance to design a mason jar with my new Washi Tape.  I just wrapped the tape around the lid and on the bottom of the jar.  This was part of my Boss’ gift for Bosses’ Day this week.  I picked up a package of 12 mason jars at Target last week for only $7 something on sale.  I got some of his favorite candy to put inside and there you have it, an easy gift!

I’m thinking that that next projects I’ll work on with Washi Tape will be card decorating, candles, and little Christmas candy gift bags.

If you’re interested in checking these out or picking some up of your own, go here.

Do you guys use Washi Tape?  Would love to hear about the creative things you have come up with.  Feel free to comment below!

Until next time,

ChapStick 100% Natural Lip Butter Review

Happy Tuesday everyone!  So tonight I am reviewing ChapStick 100% Natural Lip Butter that I received in my VoxBox.  I got 3 different kinds from Influenster.

Although it’s hard to tell what kind this featured one is, it’s my favorite one of the 3; Sweet Papaya.  As you can see, ChapStick 100% Natural Lip Butters make my lips looks really smooth and soft.  They go on smoothly and do a great job of moisturizing my lips.

The Sweet Papaya one has a really nice and natural fruity scent.  I think it’s unique compared to other typical fruity scents you’ll find in other lip balms.

My second favorite is Green Tea Mint. Before opening it, I worried that it would have a strong green tea scent to it, but it has more of a muted mint scent.  I would say Green Tea Mint is perfect for people who aren’t huge mint fans because it has just the right amount of mint.

Last but not least is Pink Grapefruit. I like grapefruit as a fruit itself, but I wasn’t as big of a fan of having it on my lips, so I gave it away to my boyfriend.

Overall, I am definitely a fan of these lip butters.  I have to say that I think these go on more smoothly than regular lip balm.

I recommend checking these out!  Go here to get more info on these lip butters and you can also check out all of the other ChapStick products.  You can find Green Tea Mint and Pink Grapefruit are, CVS and Walgreens and you can find Sweet Papaya exclusively at Walgreens.

Purex Plus Clorox Detergent Review

I was lucky enough to receive Purex Plus Clorox Detergent from Social Insiders to test and review! It’s available in Sunny Linen and Original Fresh scents. The one they sent to me was Original Fresh. I’ll have to check out the other scent next time I hop into my local Target.

Here is a BEFORE picture of my whites washed with Purex.

And here is the AFTER photo!

So, to tell you a little more about this product:

-It’s safe for colors, it’s always good not to have to worry about my colors bleeding or fading.

-It works on 100 different types of stains!

-And it’s bleach FREE!

Thankfully I didn’t have any tough stains to get out since I’ve received my bottle of Purex, but I felt it did a pretty good job of cleaning my clothes. It also has a nice fresh scent, hence the name Original Fresh LOL.

If you want to pick up some of this detergent for yourself, find out where to get it here.

Do you use this detergent? What do you think of it? If not, what detergent do you use in your household? Would love to hear from you!
